We don't post ratings on fast food chains like McDonald's, Burger King, etc., but the more midscale or upscale chains like Olive Garden, Outback or Red Lobster are fine.  Of course, the independently owned ones are of most interest to everybody, especially the hidden treasures (or trash) we've all discovered in our travels.

We don't post comments, just the six grades, but if you want to include some comments for our volunteer editors, feel free.

Be sure to put some thought into your ratings and make them honest, since they will influence the decisions of millions of potential users of this site, including the restaurants' owners.  (Feel the power, but don't abuse it, okay?)

Please use the format used on the site (ratings first in all CAPS, one space, then the restaurant name in upper and lower case) to make it simpler for our editors to copy/paste them; there's a sample below for reference.

Separate the restaurants by location and rate them.(A,B,C,D or F, no +/-).on the six criteria in order.  Feel free to submit multiple locations at one time, but leave a blank line between locations; single-space the restaurants within each location.

Minimum:  FIVE (5) restaurants per submission, please.

Remember that A's should be reserved for the REALLY outstanding, phenomenal and extraordinary and that a C means "satisfactory, average" Reminder:  A "C" on Value means a fair/reasonable price, and an "A" means SIGNIFICANTLY underpriced
