Letter grades A, B, C, D or F (no +/-)
A - Truly Extraordinary, Spectacular, Nearly Perfect
B - Above Average to Very Good, but not Extraordinary
C - Acceptable, Average, Satisfactory, Okay

D - Below Average, Needs Work or Attention
F - Dismal, Rotten, Truly Pathetic, Total Failure
 on these six criteria (in order)
Food Service Atmosphere Cleanliness Hospitality Value

Food . Presentation, taste, quality, quantity, etc., without regard to price or value
A = gourmet quality, near perfection
B = above average to very good, but not quite gourmet quality
Service The service at your table (or behind a counter, if there's no table service)
Knowledgeable, efficient, attentive, personable, etc.
Atmosphere "Ambience," location, setting, view, decor, elegance, comfort, lighting, temperature, noise level, etc.
A = "WOW!!!!"  Gorgeous AND comfortable
Cleanliness To the extent you were able to observe it (including employee hygiene)
A = positively immaculate, spotless
B = some extra effort is apparent
C = adequately clean, average
D = needs improvement, but not health-threatening
F = call the health department RIGHT NOW!
Hospitality "Customer-friendliness," amenities and policies (e.g., phone manners, complaint and feedback handling, parking, disabled access, child menus, child seating, etc.)  How well do they treat their customers?
A = like royalty or family
B = better than average
C = adequate, okay, average
D = needs improvement
F = "Give us your money and get the heck outa here"
Value The total dining experience for the price, "bang for the buck"
A = extremely good value, WAY underpriced - "How can they stay in business when they charge so little?"
B = a good deal, somewhat underpriced
C = fairly/reasonably priced
D = somewhat overpriced
F = WAY overpriced, virtually a ripoff
